Born and raised in Ferris, TX, I now reside in Murphy, TX with my beautiful wife Wendy, 2 precious daughters, Elyssa and Bella and my sweet son, Ethan. I hold my Texas Real Estate License and am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified Real Estate Investment Specialist.
After 22 successful years in sales, marketing & management positions with various industries, implementing sales strategies & marketing plans, I am now applying those skills to help people realize their Real Estate dreams as a licensed RE/MAX Real Estate Agent (REALTOR®) in Texas.
Whether selling an existing home, buying a home (pre-owned or new) or seeking investment property, my goal is to help make the real estate transaction process as painless & stress free as possible while completing the transaction in the shortest amount of time for the best possible price. I have built my career & reputation on my commitment to customer satisfaction & attention to detail which is exactly what is required to be a successful REALTOR®.
A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
Of the over 1.2 million REALTORS® in the US, fewer than 24,000 have earned the coveted CDPE designation. I'm very proud to be among this elite group of Real Estate professionals who have demonstrated their willingness to get the necessary education to properly represent a homeowner going through what can be a very complicated and stressful process. As a CDPE, I am trained and equipped to offer homeowners an array of options that can avoid foreclosure and prevent potential financial, occupational and credit hardships.
